I had been looking to buy a property in Spain for a very long time, without much success. Some time ago we were offered the chance to view a possible investment opportunity in Murcia. Steve Long accompanied my wife and I and showed us round a studio apartment which he said would achieve a good yield on our investment. We were very sceptical about the amount of yield he was suggesting but the investment did seem sound and even if we were to only get 50% of what Steve claimed it was far better than any existing investments or bank interest rates.
